  • Bob and Kristan are amazing. When I called to start making arrangements for my brother while he was in hospice, they answered all my questions and concerns immediately and with compassion. By the time I hung up from the first call, I knew that they would be the ones handling my brother's service. I made the right choice. When the time came, they both came to our home and were more like family coming to say goodbye to Richard instead of funeral directors. They worked with the hospice nurse in getting him ready to leave and then gave us time for final goodbyes. They handled him with compassion, dignity and care. I felt they would have done the same if it was one of their family members. Over the next few days, we went to the office to make final arrangements and were very pleased with the funeral home itself. It was more like being in someone's living room than a "funeral home". It was very comforting. I can not say enough good things about them, I know my family will be using them for generations to come."

  • "Thank you again for your help with Richie's funeral. You were such a comfort. I have to laugh at myself. The old school teacher in me came out when I questioned about the pall bearers. I am so used to making sure of everything that I forgot how efficient you are. Bob kindly said, "I'll take care of it." - and he did!. You took care of everything perfectly. Thanks more than you know.

  • "Bob and Kristan were truly amazing, they were so helpful, caring, professional and personable. My father's service was perfect. Kristan took some old photos of my father and made a beautiful slide show. Planning everything seemed overwhelming at first, but Kristan helped us step by step with everything we needed to do, and made sure all the details were covered. She even kept my toddlers occupied on the day of the service, so I could talk to relatives before the service."

  • "Kristan and Bob are simply the best, most caring people. Without their help and direction, I simply would have been clueless. With the unexpected death of my beloved brother, I was simply a total wreck. Kristan helped me with so much, and showed sincere caring and compassion!! Having never had a loved one pass away and arrange a funeral it was overwhelming, my very good friend directed me to Grace and I and my family couldn't have been more pleased with all they did. Everything was beautifully organized and so much compassion was shown. There were no hidden prices, they were straightforward, which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Bob and Kristan, and never go elsewhere. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and from my family, you went above and beyond, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!!"
