We are deeply saddened by the passing of William Thomas Hardy, 64, of Janesville, WI on May 18th, 2023. He was born December 19, 1958 in Suffern, New York. Tom was a man of numerous talents including cooking, carpentry, art and his deep love of music. He enjoyed playing in bands, and singing and playing guitar for friends and family. He had a deep love for his children, grandchildren and dear friends. He spent his last 23 years with his best friend and partner Glenda Smith. We will miss him terribly, as he was very loved and he loved dearly. He is survived by his former wife Jacqueline (Hardy) Maulana, son, Matthew (Monica) Hardy, daughter, Amanda Chentnik-Hardy, daughter Emily Hardy. Siblings; Mary Hardy-Henthorn, Becky Hardy-Bourgord, Amy Hardy-Boolman, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Grandchildren; Lois Avery, Hayden Hardy, Alex Hardy, Isaac Avery, Samuel Avery, Magdalen Avery, Lillian Hardy, Finnley Chentnik, Linnea Avery and Babara Tuesta Hardy. Great Grandson Kieran Turner. Preceded in death by his parents, William and Annice Jane Hardy and his dear son Nathaniel Hardy. Graveside Service for close friends and family will be held Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Shirland Cemetery, Shirland IL. Celebrant Jason Graciana will officiate. A celebration of his life and his son Nathan's life will be held at a later date.
