William Henry Farley, 52, of Loves Park died on November 30, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. in OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. Born February 24, 1962 in Chicago, son of Agnes Carlson. United in marriage to Jennifer Kossow on April 26, 1999. Formerly employed as a CNA in the Chicago area. Bill was loved greatly by his wife and children, and his absence leaves a huge void in their lives. He was a devoted and loving husband, father and uncle. Bill will remain in the prayers of his family, in their hearts and in their memories forever. Bill was a person who had a heart of gold. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, riding his motorcycles and fixing cars. He was a skilled cook and baker, sharing his creations with his family and friends. Survived by his wife, Jennifer; children, John, Brittany, and Matthew; nephew, Christopher Tanner; brother-in-law, Michael Kossow; sister-in-laws, Kelly (Jack) Guillette, Kathy Hoehne; and numerous cousins. Preceded in death by his mother, sister, Vickie Tanner and nephew, Thomas Kossow. A Memorial Service will be January 11, 2015 at 5 p.m. at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church, 2001 N. Alpine Rd. Rockford.
