Thomas "Tommy" W. McLeod, 35 of Chicago died on September 4, 2011. He was born on July 17, 1976 at Evanston Hospital, son of Thomas and Bonnie McLeod. Graduate of Glenbrook North High School. He trained as an EMT/Firefighter and worked as a technical recruiter. Tommy was an incredible son, brother and uncle. His contagious smile and fun loving personality will be missed by his friends and family. Tommy loved sports, especially soccer. He was always up for an adventure, charming and musical. He was featured in several television commercials, and taught himself to play the piano. He is survived by his parents; Thomas and Bonnie of Rockford; sisters, Sarah (Brian) Rasmussen of Davis Junction, Heather (Adam) Hector of Denver, CO; nieces and nephews, Grant, Natalie, Bennett, Rylan; uncle, Robert (Joyce) Bremer of Wheeling, Aunt, Madonna McLeod of Knoxville, IA; numerous cousins; and his dog, Lucy.
