Berchiolly, Thomas "Tom" A., 60 was born November 3, 1950 and died at his home Monday morning. Tom was born the son of Samuel & Nellie (Veitch) Berchiolly. He lived his entire life in Rockford and was a graduate of Rockford West. Tom worked as a carpet and tile installer most of his life. He was employed at Graham Moore Carpet Installers. Tom had a great respect of nature and especially loved fishing & gardening. Tom was an expert pool player, sharing that knowledge with many people over the years. Tom truly loved spending time with his entire family. Tom was a diehard fan of the Green Bay Packers & Chicago Cubs. Tom was a very spiritual person and a friend of Bill W. Survivors include his beautiful children, Jordan and Cassie, both of Rockford, IL, special beloved, best friend and fiancée Georgene Callies, Samuel Berchiolly & Virginia Marquardt of Rockford, IL, Sam [Diana] Berchiolly of Madison Heights, MI, Judy [Russ] Arnold of St. Charles, IL, Daniel Berchiolly of Rockford, IL, Jeni Rondone of Riviera Beach, FL, Jackie [Frank] Fasula of Rockford, IL, Kris Berchiolly of Chicago, IL and Lorrie [Donald] Bondick of Rockford, IL and many nieces, nephews & cousins. Tom is also survived by Corlis [Bell] Berchiolly, Paul Stabile, Mike & Ron Callies, special fishing partner Jim Barton, spiritual advisor Doug Bowden and Tom's best buddy his dog - Roxy. Predeceased by his Mother Nellie Berchiolly and nephew Tony Rondone. Memorial service will be held Saturday at 1:00 p.m., at Grace Funeral & Cremation Services, 1340 South Alpine Road, Rockford. Pastor Doug Bowden will officiate. Tom was an organ and tissue donor. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
