Her Kids Were Her Whole Life
Teresa Jo Monehan, 46 of Rockford went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, October 24, 2010, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 23, 1964 in Aurora, daughter of Joe and Doris Monehan. Teresa's children were her whole life. She was employed at Gardner Machine. She is survived by her children, Chad (Laura Muniz), of Aurora, Kelli Jo Monehan of Loves Park; grandson, Sebastian Monehan of Aurora; parents; siblings, Jeffrey Monehan of Lacon, Sabrina Monehan of Poplar Bluff, MO; nieces and nephews; Mandy, Brianne, and Josh Monehan. Special thanks to Teresa's sister-in-law, Angie Meade for all of her loving care. Funeral Services and Celebration of Teresa's life at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 28, at Living Word Ministries, 7801 Eastmont Ave. Loves Park, with Pastor John McClintock officiating. Visitation from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2010 in Living Word Ministries, and on Thursday, Oct. 28, at 10 to 11 am, prior to the funeral service in Living Word Ministries. Interment in Arlington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family. Grace Funeral & Cremation Services, Rockford is assisting the family with arrangements.
