Suzanne Elizabeth Williams, 78, of Rockford died on March 29, 2015 in River Bluff Nursing Home. Born on December 15, 1936 in South Bend, IN; daughter of Elwood and Isabella (Allen) Bare. Formerly employed at Target. Suzanne was a loving and caring mother and grandmother, she constantly looked out for others and put the needs of those she loved the most first. Her family will miss her feisty spirit and strong willed personality. Survived by daughters, LuAnn (Gordon) Forster of Rockford, Rhonda Liebgott of Rockford, Jodi Naugle of Sturtevant, Lynn (fiancé Carl) Grimes of Columbus, IN, Dawn Nelson of Rockford; 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Roger Nelson and Roger Williams; and two brothers. Memorial Service Friday, April 10, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Calvary Christian Church, 5455 Charles St. Rockford. Memorial visitation is at 10 a.m. until the time of service. Pastor Steven Doyle and Pastor Darrell Birmingham will officiate. Lunch and fellowship to follow the service at the church. Cremation rites have been accorded.
