Sanai London Daniels
Sunrise October 29, 2013 - Sunset March 5, 2023
On October 29, 2013, in Rockford, Illinois, God blessed Tania Stewart and Cartez Daniels Sr. with a beautiful baby girl, Sanai London Daniels. Sanai tragically gained her heavenly wings on Sunday, March 5, 2023, with her father Cartez and sister, Sa'miya.
Sanai was an angel, with eyes and a smile of happiness that would light up the room. A third grader at Oakview Elementary School, Sanai was adored by her classmates and teachers. In her young age, Sanai, beheld a fascination with her mother's cellphone for gaming and making TikTok videos. She had a pure heart that longed for everyone to be happy, she loved to cheer people up! Sanai loved girly pink and perfect, purple-colored flowers, clothes, and other things. Sanai always anticipated "Sunday Funday" when she enjoyed having fun and laughs with her family. She couldn't wait to share the stories of a great day when she returned to school on Mondays.
Sanai will forever be remembered, cherished, and loved by her mother, Tania Stewart, brothers, Cartez "CJ"and Juelz "Juju". Her maternal grandparents, Tanya Stewart and Warren Moore will forever have Sanai in their hearts as will her paternal grandparents Carter Taylor and Isophine Daniels. Sanai's maternal aunts, Johntaya and Tahjanay Shelton, Tiyana and Tawana Stewart will forever recall her beautiful smile. Paternal aunts Erica Daniels and Tomika Reed will have eternal memories of Sanai. She leaves lasting remembrances with her uncles, Warren Stewart (maternal), Tavares Daniels and Jamal Coleman (paternal). Sanai leaves great-grandparents Lydia Shelton, Lucille Freeman, and Willie Moore to treasure her memory. Reminiscences of her beautiful smile and youth will forever be in the hearts of her cousins, great-aunts, great-uncles, family, and classmates. She was preceded to heaven by her uncles Drake Stewart and Lamar Hatcher.

Sunrise February 3, 2006 - Sunset March 5, 2023
The first baby girl, the first child blessing, Sa'miya Armani "Noop" Shelton Daniels was born in Rockford Illinois to Tania Stewart and Cartez "Boogie" Daniels. Affectionately called "Noop" was taken away from her loved ones on March 5, 2023, tragically with her sister Sanai and father Cartez.
Sa'miya "Noop" was a junior at Bolingbrook High School, where she was the beautiful young lady adorned by all. Her desire to emulate her mother in fashion, hair and nails was a testament to the love she had for her mother. She aspired to become a salon owning licensed stylist, as she had her first clients in her sister Sanai, mother, family, and friends. Sa'miya was an ace at applying lashes.
"Noop" was an avid fan of volleyball and basketball, she frequently played for leisure. Most often she preferred hanging out at home or with her friends Samantha, Veah and Jaysavv among others. Looking forward to her first cruise, Noop was excited and planning for the big sailing with family. She was also excited the date was set to take her driver's exam and drive her car gifted by her parents. She was looking forward to playing her favorite R&B and Hip Hop tunes.
Grandmas' baby, Noop was very close and loving to her grandmother Tanya Stewart and had a special love for her Auntie Taya. Noop was a loving daughter to Tania Stewart and Cartez Daniels Sr., and big sister to Cartez "CJ" and Juelz "Juju".
Noop's maternal grandparents, Tanya Stewart and Warren Moore and her paternal grandparents Carter Taylor and Isophine Daniels will forever morn this precious loss. Maternal aunts, Johntaya and Tahjanay Shelton, Tiyana and Tawana Stewart and her paternal aunts Erica Daniels and Tomika Reed are eternally grateful for the time they had to love on their niece. She leaves lasting remembrances with her uncles, Warren Stewart (maternal), Tavares Daniels and Jamal Coleman (paternal). Noop leaves great-grandparents Lydia Shelton, Lucille Freeman, and Willie Moore to treasure her memory. Reminiscences of her loving spirit will forever be in the hearts of her cousins, great-aunts, great-uncles, family, and classmates. She was preceded to heaven by her uncles Drake Stewart and Lamar Hatcher.
Cartez Lorenzo Daniels, lovingly known as "boog/boogie" was born to Isophine Daniels and Carter Taylor on February 21, 1983 in Chicago Illinois. He accepted Christ into his life at an early age practicing love, generosity, and forgiveness often. On Sunday, March 5th, 2023 he departed this earthly life together holding hands with his beloved daughters Sanai Daniels, 9 and Samiyah Daniels, 17 in Bolingbrook, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Callie Mae & Ernest Daniels, Stella Taylor and Jeff Ward, as well as his loving aunt Geraldine Byrd, uncle Yardley Hutton, and cousin Carlos (Fred) Miller. He moved from Chicago to Rockford Illinois, where he resided until his untimely passing. Boogie was smart with a passion for music, his family, and a natural gift at making everyone laugh. He was loved by so many and had a huge network of cousins, including Wardell Byrd who was more like a brother. Boogie made countless memories at his family home, entertaining the family with his music and comedy. He was close to his siblings, Tavares (Punkin), Erica (E),Jamal (Mal), and Tomika (Mookie). Carter Taylor (Sonny) admits that by making Punkin take his little brother boogie everywhere he knew it would make them look out for one another and ensure they remained close. Cartez leaves a collection of music and studio recordings forever accessible via YouTube for family and friends to enjoy. He leaves cherished memories to his parents: Isophine Daniels and Carter (Silva) Taylor, Sisters: Erica Daniels (E), and Tomika (Antony) Reed. Brothers: Tavares (Punkin) Daniels and Jamal (Mal) Coleman and Wardell Byrd (honorary brother). His son and namesake Cartez Daniels Jr. (CJ) and Juelz Gordon and their mother, his Fiancée Tania Steward, as well as all of his Rockford and Chicago Illinois friends. May his smile, spirit, and love unite our hearts and minds as the days go by.
