Ronald R. Moon, 81, of Cherry Valley died on April 14, 2024. Born February 2, 1943 in Beloit, WI. Son of Rex and Ruth Jane (Margeson) Moon. Graduate of Hononegah High School, class of 1960. United in marriage to Rosemary Clark in June of 1983. Ron retired from Ingersoll Cutting Tools, where he was a machinist, he previously worked at Warner Electric Brake and Clutch Company in Roscoe. He loved to go wherever trains could be found. Survived by wife, Rosemary; children, Dave Moon, Mike Moon, Jim (Jody) Clark, Joseph Clark, and Sabrina Mae Moon; grandchildren, Christopher Clark, Skylar (Jesse) Walden; great-grandchildren, Logan Clark, Lil Jesse, and Jaxon; siblings, Dale (Barb) Moon and Bill (Kathy) Moon.
