Richard Allen Hill, 41 of Loves Park died on December 24, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. in Rockford Memorial Hospital. He was born on August 14, 1970, son of Stephen and Juanita Hill. Survived by his mother and step-father, Juanita and Ray Rice of Loves Park; son, Stephen Hill; sister Stacy (Mark) Bratlien, of Napa, CA; niece, Krista Bratlien of Napa, CA; grandfather, Melvin Hill of Rockford; numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. Preceded in death by his father, Stephen; brothers Danny Wayne Hill and Raymond Rice; paternal grandmother Barabara Farson and maternal grandparents Stanley and Mary Bondick.
