Relton "Lane" L. Forrester, 79, of Rockford died on March 6, 2020. Born March 29, 1940 in Black Rock, AR; son of Ottis and Agnes (Combs) Forrester. Lane served in the United States Military for 24 years. United in marriage to Eleanor Chamberlain on October 3, 1964. Survived by his wife; children Tammy (Kevin) Bursell, Mark (Julie) Chamberlain; grandchildren, Jessica Bursell, Kevin Bursell, Kristopher (Bri) Bursell, Kyrk (Bri) Fields, Lucas Chamberlain; special great-granddaughter, Peyton Bursell; brother, Lanny (Mary) Forrester; sisters, Karen (Alan) Icenogle; niece, Linsey (Chis) Luelle; nephew, Eric (Ciara) Icenogle; and a circle of extended family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents; step-mother, Marilyn Forrester; nephew, Derrick Forrester; and brother, Don Forrester.
