Phyllis M. Spiess, 88, of Rockton died on December 7, 2019. Born on September 14, 1941 in Muskegon, MI; daughter of William and Ruby (Vanderwall) Murray. Graduate of West High School. Phyllis was a lifelong bowler and avid Bears fan. Survived by her daughters, Martha (Paul) Nelson and Kris (Brian) Molencupp, all of Roscoe; grandchildren, Lindsey Nelson of Sarasota, FL, Brent (Cristi) Nelson of Machesney Park, Cory (Doug) Miller of Madison, WI, Mikie Molencupp of Madison, WI; great-grandchildren, Clark and Blake Nelson of Machesney Park; sister, Georgianne Bell of Machesney Park; life long friend and former Weise co-worker, Lila. Preceded in death by her son, Craig Spiess and brother Zigmond Vanderwall. Private family services will be held. Grace Funeral & Cremation Services assisted the family.
