Mindy Ann Hollingsworth, 35, of Durand died on March 19, 2016 in her home. Born on September 10, 1980, daughter of Kevin and Debra (Burgess) Savage. Mindy attended Shirland School and graduated from Hononegah High School in 1998. United in Marriage to Scott Hollingsworth on November 6, 1998. She graduated from the Nursing Program at Rock Valley College, and was employed as a Registered Nurse at SwedishAmerican Hospital. Mindy was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister, she always put her family first and was considered a mom by many in her extended circle of family and friends. She loved her horses, and her pet dogs. Survived by her parents, Kevin and Debra; husband, Scott; sons, Jacob (Ashley Vehmeier), Aaron and Ryan Hollingsworth; brothers, Kevin (Jennifer) Savage Jr., Jason Savage; mother-in-law, Tina (Anthony) Logan; brother-in-law, Todd Hollingsworth; sister-in-law, Michelle (Gordon) McLelland; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents; brother-in-law, Trent Logan and brother-in-law, Michael Nufer. Celebration of Life, Friday, March 25, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Shirland Methodist Church, 8030 North Street, Shirland. Rev. Norm Shirk will officiate. Visitation at 9:00 – 10:45 a.m. at the church.
