Michael Schenk, 62, of Rockton died at home, surrounded by his loving family December 4, 2021. Born March 13, 1959 in Burlington, IA; son of Robert and Mary Jo (Bogie) Schenk. Mike was a self-employed painter. He was a loving dad, grandpa, uncle, brother, and friend. Mike was an avid Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs fan. His family and friends will miss his wild, crazy and sometimes grouchy demeanor. Survived by children, Kaela (Tony) Miller, Christopher Schenk; grandchildren, Briella, Jojo, Fiona, Evan; siblings, Sandy (Mike) Cofoid, Raymond (Sheri) Schenk, Rick (Deanna) Schenk; extended family, Jill McGonigal, January Fry and family; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Terry Schenk, bob Kephart and Carol Kephart; nephew Brian Cofoid. Celebration of Life at a later date.
