Michael Adam Schadewaldt, 27, of Rockford died on July 1, 2017 in his home. Born on December 3, 1989 in Rockford, son of Thomas Koch and Shelby Schadewaldt. United in marriage to Latoya Wright on July 13, 2016 in Belvidere. Michael had a big heart and was a fun loving person. He cared greatly for his wife and extended family. Michael's laugh was infectious. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his wife and her children. Survived by his parents, Thomas and Shelby; wife, Latoya; step-children, Mia, Nadia, and Gabriel; siblings, Samantha Koch, Katie Koch and Johnny; Special Uncle, Tracey (Deborah) Schadewaldt and Kyle Schadewaldt; numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
