Mark Farrar, 41, of Rockford went to be with his Lord and Savior on May 15, 2015 in Rockford. Born on September 30, 1973 in Chicago. Married Heather Gibson in October 2001. Mark was a loving and devoted husband; and wonderful father to his children, whom he loved dearly. His fun loving spirit will be missed by his family and friends. Survived by his wife, Heather; children, Wesley "Colin" Gibson, Hannah, Delilah and Adyson Farrar; mother, Theresa (Troy) Boutin; mom Sharon and grill buddy, Mike Owens; siblings, Jen, Justin, Pasha, Loretta, Kelli and Jason; father and mother-in-law, Carey and Lynn Gibson; sister and brother-in-law, Becca and Stephen Smith; brother-in-law, Billy Gibson; Aunt, Davida Ellen Williams. Preceded in death by his infant daughter, Kali Farrar; grandparents; father; Paul Spandikow; and great-aunt and uncle, Vera and Francis Correia. Celebration of Life Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 3 p.m. at Heartland Community Church, 1280 South Alpine Rd. Rockford. Pastor John Brennan will officiate.
