Luther N. Frazier III, 62, of Loves Park went to be with his Lord and Savior May 10, 2013 at 7:10 pm. in Serenity Home in Oregon. He was born on March 27, 1951 in Chicago, son of Luther and Arvester (Downs) Frazier Jr. Luther volunteered at Northern Illinois Hospice and Grief Center and was a member at Victory Outreach Church where he was very active.
Survived by brother, George Frazier; and many friends. Per Luther's wishes, he did not want formal services. He did want people to make a donation to Serenity Home and Hospice in his name.
