Louise Frances Colbert, 93, of Leaf River died on June 5, 2018 in her home. Born on August 25, 1924 in Rockford, daughter of Milo and Clara (Clayton) Haselton. Louise married Everett Colbert on August 30, 1942. In her younger years, Louise enjoyed bowling and playing golf. She liked completing word searches. She was a member of the Christian Women's Club of Leaf River. Survived by children, Everett (Marlene) Colbert of Winnebago, Donna (Roger) Weber of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Brian Colbert, Brenda (Craig) Elliott, Stephanie (Brad) Shinn, Beth (Tim) Sullivan and Jennifer (James) Lansing; great-grandchildren, Alexzandra (Cid) Nevenhoven, Caitlin and Christian Colbert, Malachi, Makayla and Josiah Shinn, Elijah and Eleanor Lansing; great-great grandson, "Baby J" Nevenhoven (expected to arrive in July); She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Milo Haselton, Eleanor Miller and Irene Sell; grandson, John Everett Colbert and great-great grandson, Kingzley Nevenhoven.
