Lois Marie Keierleber passed away August 7, 2012 at 7:40 a.m. of natural causes. She was born on October 19, 1948 in Brookings, SD; the daughter of Leslie and Marjorie (Hay) Maseman. She worked in the accounting department of Rockford First Assembly, Bank of America and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois until she had to retire because of her health. Completing a lifelong dream, she graduated from Rock Valley College in May 2000, with Honors, obtaining An Associate Degree in Art. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sons. She is survived by her brothers; Warren (Karen) Maseman of Rockford, LaVerne (Barb) Maseman of Loves Park; sister, Gloria Walz of Sycamore; many nieces, nephews, great-nephews and great nieces.
