Lillian Annette Mills, 50, of Peru died on February 26, 2022. Born July 3, 1971 in East St. Louis, IL; daughter of Cletus C. Pullen Sr. Mary Ann (Rozkiewicz) Churchill. Lil was a very kind and joyful person but on the other hand a very outspoken person as well. You knew when she didn't like you and you felt when she loved you. She lived for the times she spent with her sons, grandchildren and friends. Recently she found a fascination with old Victorian staircases and sunflowers. For whatever reason she couldn't explain. Lil was a beautiful person with a beautiful heart who can finally have those conversations with her mother and brother, Pete again. Rest easy you will be remembered and loved always. Survived by children, Robert (Desiree) Pullen, Cory Krouse, Christopher (Kelsey Barrows) Mills Jr.; former daughter-in-law, Kristen (Anthony) Cielenski; grandchildren, Abigail Krouse, Aleah Krouse, Nickolas Pullen, Ally Cielenski, Karson Cielenski, Isabella Pullen, Franklin Pullen, Addy Cielenski; brother, Cletus (Laurie) Pullen Jr., Anita (Jody) Baldwin; nieces and nephews, Tori Durbin, Keagan Scott, Quinton Mills, Nathan Mills; and special friend, Jason Arterbury.
