Kenneth Lee Farr, 70, of Rockford passed away peacefully on October 21, 2025. Born on January 5, 1955 in Illinois; Son of Kenneth M and Beverly R (Sawyer) Farr. Ken met his life partner Robert Maliska in 1995 where they lived in Arlington Heights IL for over 20 years together. Ken worked for Industrial Molds and AgieCharmilles most of his career before retiring. He enjoyed reading, music, bicycling, and gardening. Survived by his children, Cassandra Morgan of Rockford, Matthew Farr of Rockford, Christopher (Amanda) Farr of Denver, Colorado; grandchildren Morgan Turner, Andrew Turner, Tabitha (Gage) Niesman, Caleb Farr, Logan Farr, as well as numerous great-grandchildren, sisters Cherri (Mancin) Dunn, Cindy (Jeff) Sage, and Cathy (Randy) Baxter. Preceded in death by his parents, and his life partner. We would like to give a special thanks to Lincolnshire Place of Loves Park and Sanctuary Hospice for the loving care that was provided to Ken. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 11:00am followed by a luncheon at Grace Lutheran Church, 343 Grand Ave, Loves Park IL 61111.
