Joseph Michael Taylor, 66, of Loves Park died November 28, 2015, surrounded by family. Born June 19, 1949 to Joseph and Beverly Taylor. Attended Harlem High School and Blackhawk Community College where he earned his GED. Owner of a painting business for over 20 years. Joe was an Elvis Impersonator for 8 years. He loved racing, fishing, music and football. He cherished his youth, especially the times spent with Bob, Johnny, Dennis, Kurt, Deborah and Joy. Married Lorraine Savelloni on February 13, 2000. Survived by wife, Lorraine; loving mother, Beverly; children, Lisa Taylor, Tammie (Jamie) Cogdill, Michael Taylor, April (Jerry) Gomez, Jason (Katie) Taylor; sisters, Sandy Dean, Betty (Paul Anderson) McGuire; aunt, Shirley Thompson, 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father; father-n-law, Lerino Savelloni; special niece, Andrea; special nephew, Daniel; and brother-in-laws, Monty and Bruce. Memorial Service Friday, December 4, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. at Evans United Methodist Church, 7605 N. Second Street, Machesney Park. Memorial Visitation at 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Rev.
