Jean Louise Mann, "Jeanne", (age 87) of Loves Park IL. Passed away Saturday, December 9th 2023. She was born in Oregon, IL October 28th, 1936 and attended Lanark High School. Jeanne was a decorated traveler, and spent a lot of time traveling to Vegas and her retirement residence in Yuma, AZ where she spent most of her winters. Until moving there permanently and eventually returning home to Rockford, IL where she raised her family. Jeanne had many talents, she was a wonderful fabric artist, bowler, "collector" and yodeler. She enjoyed going to bingo, hosting family holidays, and spending quality time with loved ones. She loved her dolls and her many collectors items. She always had a way of making everyone feel like family. Preceded in death by her parents Leo Francis and Dorothy Eileen (Taft) Bachman; 3 brothers; Husband James E. Mann Sr., and son Daniel L. Mann. Survived by Her sister Mary M. (Robert) Mills., and children James E. Mann Jr., Richard A. Mann, Eileen M. (Ben) Argue Henry, Randall L. (Melinda) Mann, Kimberly M.
