Janice Linton, 79, of Rockford died on March 22, 2016. Born on January 13, 1937 in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom; daughter of William and Elizabeth (Dixon) Cribbs. Janice married Anthony Linton on February 19, 1955 in the United Kingdom. She worked many years at Septran, was a skilled photographer, and was a devoted animal lover. She is survived by her daughters, Toni (Tom) Van Der Moere of Chicago, Michaela (Gregory Rogers) Linton of Cherry Valley; grandson, Julian Van Der Moere of Chicago; brother, William (Jean) Cribbs of Newcastle, UK; and her beloved dog Koda.
