James Brown, 54, of Winnebago died on April 23, 2023. Born December 8, 1969 in St. Louis, MO. Son of Timothy and Catherine (Stevens) Brown. James was a self-employed landscaper. Member of the Oneida Nation. In his free time, he could be found working in the yard outside, or relaxing in his happy place by the river. Survived by children, Cari (Dylan) Joens, Jacob (Brittney) Werner, Atrahu Werner, Anastasia (Ben) Huff; 10 grandchildren; sisters, Reva Hall, Babette Johnson; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by his parents; son, James Choppi; siblings, Danny Williams and Sharon Johnson.
