Gregory S. Kinkade, 53, of Belvidere died on May 16, 2014 at 2:25 p.m. in his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was diagnosed with an aggressive form of pancreatic cancer a month before his death. Born November 4, 1960 in Belvidere. Gregory was united in marriage to Anna Fair on July 24, 1982 in Belvidere. Employed at Elgiloy Combined Metal Products. In high school, he worked at the Dollarodean Theater as an usher, and later at Apache Foam Products, and Catty Corporation. Survived by his wife, Anna; children, Scott and Bryan (Tiffanie) Kinkade; grandson, Cayden Kinkade; brother, Tom Kinkade; half-siblings, Billy Adair, Allen Adair and Teresa Bacino. Preceded in death by Ross and Gertrude Kinkade, Jackie Adair and Cecil Kinkade. When Greg wasn't working, you could find him hanging out in his basement, listening to classic rock and drinking a cold beer. Greg's family is grateful to his best friends, Tyler Towns and Jeff Cameron for going above and beyond in their time of need. A Memorial Celebration will be held on June 21, 2014 from 5 pm- 10 pm at the Apollo Theater 104 N. State Street, Belvidere. Food, drinks and a cash bar are available.
