GeriAnn Jones, 46, of Rockford died on November 15, 2018. Born December 6, 1971 in Rockford, daughter of James R. and Linda Jones Sr. GeriAnn attended Kinnikinnick Grade School in Roscoe, and high school in Vero Beach, FL. She also attended Johnson & Wells Cooking School in Miami, FL. GeriAnn was her mom's best friend, confidant and mentor. She was a talented cook. GeriAnn loved to write poems and do word search puzzles. Her daughter AngelAnn said that she was always the best mom that she could be. Survived by her mother, Linda Folkerts; children; AngelAnn (Adrian) Harris, Blake (Sara) Jones; grandchildren, GaBryella and Khloye; siblings, James J. Jones Jr.; Vicki Jones, Andrew Jones, Shelli Jones, Joseph Jones; Uncle Glenn (Veronica) Anderson, Aunt, Eloise Larson; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins; and cat, Ziggy.
