Geraldine Ann White, 90, of Loves Park, died on April 27, 2024. Born January 3, 1934, in Harvard, Illinois; daughter of Oscar and Elizabeth (McGeachy) Johnson. Graduate of North Boone School class of 1951. United in marriage to Otto White on June 28, 1953, in Capron. Geraldine was an instructor at Alberto's Institute of Cosmetology, and also worked as a hair stylist. She worked in sales for Vincent Beauty Supply and in the financial department at Woodward Governor. She spent her free time playing golf, playing cards with friends, and attending area events. She was a volunteer at Ambrose Christmas Store and Klehm Arboretum.

Geraldine and Otto spent time at area Moose Lodges and the Ledges Golf course. Survived by her daughter, Valerie Kryder of Loves Park; granddaughter, Leslie (Chris) Vining of Rockford; great-grandchildren, David and Leo Vining; nieces, Sharon Fletcher, Vicky White, Kim Meyers; nephews; Edwin White, Jr., Gary White (Carolynne), Richard White, Tim Meyers, Keith Meyers; and special friend, Jo Ann Huffman.

Preceded in death by her parents; brother, Earl Johnson and sister and brother-in-law, Sally Jane Johnson Laidler and Robert Meyers; infant brother and mother-in-law, Goldine Larson; step-father-in-law Carl H. Larson, niece Gayle Meyers, and brother- in- laws Richard (Marge) White and Edwin (Mary Ann) White, Sr. Cremation rites will be accorded. Grace Funeral & Cremation Services assisted the family.
