Frank A. Hammack, 72, of Loves Park died on Thursday, February 29, 2024. Born in Rockford, IL on September 6, 1951 to Glen and June Hammack. Attended Rockford schools, served proudly in the Marines and Army. Survived by daughter, Leah (Mitch); 3 granddaughters, Hailey, Taylor (Madeline), Emily; brothers, Glen (Sue), Dean (Dennis), Tom (Kim), Daniel (Dan); sisters, Ginger (Jeff), Karen (Dave); nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Preceded in death by his wife Sandy, daughters, Amanda, Heather, Stephanie and parents. A heartfelt thank you to UW SwedishAmerican for their wonderful, compassionate care. Memorial visitation on Saturday, March 16, 2024 from 10 am to 11 am at Grace Funeral & Cremation Services, 4301 N. Main St. Rockford, followed by a memorial service at 11 am.
