Eugene Frederick Neblock, 69, of Rockton died on July 3, 2016 in his home, surrounded by his loving family. Born on April 24, 1947 in Rockford, son of George and Arley (Simms) Neblock Sr. Graduate of Auburn High School. Served in the United States Army. United in marriage to Donna Novak on August 8, 1973. Gene was employed at Chrysler for 50 years. He raised and showed American Paint Horses for 40 years. Survived by his wife, Donna; step-son, Alan Shockey of NV; daughter, Robin (Jeremiah) Johnson of Durand; grandchildren, Anna, Grant and Olivia Johnson; siblings, George (Kay) Neblock Jr. of Rockton, Fran (Tammy) Jones of Rockford; Gwendolyn Huntley of Rockford; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins; and special friends, Monte Ruden and Scott Boe.
