Elaine A. Woodall-Mohamed, 63, of Rockford died on December 26, 2013 at 3:25 p.m. She was born in Rockford on April 24, 1950, daughter of John and Eloise (Ashley) Jones. Elaine worked as a Real Estate Broker for Century 21 for many years. She is survived by her son, DuWayne (Monique) Jones of Roscoe, grandchildren, Athena Napoleon of San Francisco, CA, Patrice, DuWayne Patriq and Phairra Jones, all of Roscoe; great-grandchild, Ahni-Saniya Branner; sister, Linda Jones of Rockford; nephews, Carson Jr., Mike and Travis Jones. Memorial Service will be on January 2, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Grace Funeral & Cremation Services, 1340 South Alpine Rd. Rockford - at Colonial Village. Visitation at noon until the time of service. Cremation rites have been accorded.
