Earl G. Hollingsworth

Earl Hollingsworth died at home on Good Friday, April 18, 2025. Earl was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Carolyn Taylor Hollingsworth; his parents, Hobart (Tony) and Gladys Hollingsworth; and his brother, Herman. Earl is survived by his son, David (Brenda) of Pasco, WA; daughters Rhonda (John) Morgan of Algonquin; Brenda (Jim) Loff of Elgin; Tina (Mike) Walker of Des Plaines; 9 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren. Earl retired from Illinois State Toll Highway Authority, but he was truly a jack of all trades. He was an amazing husband, Dad, Grandpa, and friend. Earl is safely in the arms of Jesus. Special thanks to our amazing hospice team from OSF Hospice: Brittany, Krystal, Melissa, Vicki, Janelle, Darren, Ken, Nate, and Patrina.
