Dorothy "Dottie" A. Noegel, 94, of Beloit, WI formerly of Montello, WI died on September 2, 2026. Born on December 21, 1931, daughter of Edward and Ruth (Todd) Carter. Dorothy said that she wanted people to know that she had a rich, full life and that she was blessed by her wonderful mommy and daddy. Her children were her shining light and her greatest achievement. She loved spending time in her yard; spotting cardinals, planting flowers and soaking up the sun. She spent her time in the fall watching her beloved Green Bay Packers and University of Wisconsin Badgers. Dottie loved cooking for herself and her extended family and circle of friends. She was the best Chex Mix maker around. Her kind heart and loving soul will be missed by her family and friends. Per her wishes, no services will be held.
