Donna R. Singletary, 76, of Rockton died on February 29, 2016. Born on October 6, 1939 in Sparta, WI. Daughter of John and Marion (Miller) Milne. United in marriage to Richard Singletary on June 7, 1957. Survived by her children, Rhonda (Jon), Evelyn (David) Prothero, Curtis Singletary; 8 grandchildren; siblings, Jim (Nikki) Milne, Linda Milne; and longtime friend, Mary Yoder.
