Donna Lee Miles, 80 of Rockford died on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at 9:55 a.m. She was born on August 28, 1931, daughter of Jerry and Ruth (Sutton) Wagner. Graduate from West High School in 1948. United in Marriage to John Miles on January 16, 1960 in Rockford. Donna was employed for 15 years at Lifetouch. Her children recall that Donna was a loving and caring mother, but she was willing to give them hell if they needed it. She was very proud of her family. She is survived by her children, Michael (Judith) Husmann of Rockford, Merri Carlson of Winnebago, Elizabeth Husmann of Minnesota, Jan (Gregory) Eastwood of Minnesota, Cindy (David) Breithaupt of Wisconsin, John (Melissa) Miles of Pecatonica; 21 grandchildren, and 35 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, John; daughter, Johnny Mazeika, son-in-laws, Steve Mazeika, Ken Bontjes, Richard Carlson; grandson Daniel Bontjes; sisters, Carolyn Sutton and Carol Wagner. Private Family Services will be held. Grace Funeral & Cremation Services assisted the family.
