Dariney "Dean" Lopez, 47, of Loves Park died peacefully on Saturday, July 9, 2011. He was born on March 27, 1964 in Bridgeport, NE, son of Danny and Anna Lopez. Dean was employed at Brown Printing and formerly employed at Enkel. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and golfing. He also liked to Bowl. Dean was a loving father, who will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Survived by his father; Danny (Christina) Lopez of Rockford; children, Jordan Lopez, Miranda Lopez, both of Winnebago, Amy (Willem) Thijssen of Lavergne, Tenn.; granddaughter, Ciarra Smith; Former spouse, Jacque Lopez of Winnebago; sisters, Liz (Brad) Allen of Loves Park, Jennifer (Rob) Dietsch of Santa Clara, CA, Amanda Lopez-Lowman of Roscoe, Matthew (Amber) Lopez of Tucson, AZ, Bryan Lopez of Rockford; Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Preceded in death by his mother, Anna in January of 1982 and siblings, Christopher, Mary and Charles Lopez. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Lincolnwood Baptist Church, 705 North Springfield Avenue Rockford, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Rev.
