Danny Dean Burke, 72, of Rockton, died Sunday, July 28, 2019. Born November 28, 1946, in Rockford, son of Daniel and Geraldine (Wheeler) Burke. Danny grew up in Beloit and worked as a machinist. Survived by his four boys; Glen (Donna) Bobby (Amy), Mike, Pat (Krissy) Burke; sisters, Janice (Gerry) Lynch, Mary (Tom) Bohr; brothers, Rev. Bill (Jean Ann) and Jim (Patricia) Burke. Preceded in death by his parents and infant sister, Janet. Danny suffered from multiple illnesses over the last 15 years. He acknowledged Jesus as his Lord and Savior, saying, "God is in control and God is good." A small family gathering is planned to celebrate his life.
