Cynthia "Cindy" M. Pearson, 64, of Rockford passed away on Tuesday, September 25, 2018. Born on June 9, 1954 in Rockford, IL, daughter of Ralph and Margaret (Warren) Peterson. Graduate of Jefferson High School in 1972. United in marriage to Todd Pearson on March 8, 1975. Formerly employed at Peterson-Kruse, where she worked as a Secretary in her family business. Cindy and her husband were co-owners of Pearson Interior Painting and Wallpapering. Cindy loved spending time with family, including her dog, Milo, playing cards, and cooking. Survived by her husband, Todd; children, Christopher (Suzy Pariza) Pearson of Verona, WI, Lindsay (Matt) Liebert of Chicago; brother, Alan Peterson of Belvidere; grandchildren, Kayla, Gavin, and Eizzy; and a large circle of friends. Preceded in death by her parents. Graveside service on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. at Scandinavian Cemetery, 1700 Rural St. Rockford. Pastor John Brennan will officiate.
