Connie M. Malueg, 70, of Rockford went to be with the Lord on February 10, 2016 in her home. Born on February 27, 1945, daughter of Wilbur and Eva Lyman. Married Gene Malueg in June of 1966. She was employed as a personal banker for 47 years. Survived by husband, Gene; brother, Larry Lyman; sisters-in-law, Gwen Malueg, Gale Setterquist; brother-in-law, Gary (Norma) Malueg; nieces, Renee Murphy, Cheri (Dave) Harshaw, Teresa James, Suzanne (Bob) Morrison ; nephews, Michael Setterquist, Lester Malueg; great-nieces, Nicole Murphy, Kyleigh Harshaw; special friends, Tim, Paula, Ethan, and Ava Albers. Preceded in death by her parents and brother Mike. Memorial Service on February 27, 2016 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Eagles Club, 3829 11th Street Rockford. Memorials may be made to the family.
