Cole "Coley" Michael Tarlton, 17, of Rockford left us too soon on August 17, 2017 in Rockford. Cole was a "Blizzard Baby" born on January 19, 2000 at 9:31 p.m. at OSF St. Anthony Hospital; which was the start of his unique path in life. Son of Michelle (Baney) Tarlton. He had relentless passion for skateboarding and producing music with his friends. Survived by mother, Michelle Baney-Tarlton of Rockford; siblings, Shay and Sidnee Tarlton; grandparents, Al (Patricia) Baney of Rockford; many aunts, uncles, cousins. He was blessed to have many friends; especially Sarah Marshall and Brandon Nguyen. Preceded in death by his grandparents, Lois and Chuck Tarlton. Come and celebrate Cole's life with his family at the Memorial Visitation on Friday, August 25, 2017 from 3-5:30 p.m. Remembrance Service at 5:30 p.m. at the Eagle's Club 3829 11th Street, Rockford.
