Charles "Chuck" Leonard Gray, 58, returned to live with his Heavenly Father on Monday, March 7, 2016. Chuck, a life-long resident of Rockford, was born on February 11, 1958, son of Dewey and Nancy (Ciancone) Gray. Survived by his parents; daughter, Jamie Kilgore; sister, Victoria (Gary) Hilker, grandchildren, Ariahnna, Kingston, Jamir and Willie; nephews, Matthew (Miriam) McCarter, Eric (Lori) Drager, Todd (Susette) Drager; niece, Jennifer (Tony) Smith; and special friends, Lila Ballard and Rebecca Powers. Preceded in death by his grandparents, and sister, Bonnie Drager. The family would like to express their appreciation to the doctors and staff of SwedishAmerican Hospital and Heartland Hospice for their compassionate care. A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Funeral & Cremation Services, 1340 South Alpine Rd. Rockford – at Colonial Village. Rev. William Wentink officiating.
