Charlene Erin Reneé Parker, 6, of Rockford departed this earthly life on November 25, 2018. Born December 15, 2011 in Minneapolis, MN; daughter of Darcell Parker and Sherwin Ott. Charlene was a cutie patootie, she loved playing with dolls, flowers, spending time with her friends and playing in the snow. She was in 1st grade at Welsh school, where she loved going to school and neve wanted to miss a day. She called her twin brother, Carl, her baby and liked to boss and mother him. Her family home is full of her beautiful drawings, and she absolutely loved to be read to. Her mom Darcell's spaghetti and fish was one of her favorite meals. Survived by her parents; siblings, DeVanté, Derryl, Aurora and twin brother, Carl Aaron Parker; maternal grandmother, Amy Parker; aunts, Amy Shereé Parker, Jasmine Monique Parker, Leticia (Shaun) Parker–Guy; and host of great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins.
