Carolyn Sue Palmer, 63, of Rockford died on November 28, 2019. Born on June 26, 1956 in Rockford, daughter of Russell and Bessie (Simpkins) Palmer Sr. She was formerly employed as a CNA. Carolyn was a loving mother, who put everyone in her world before herself. Survived by her children, Shannon (Melissa) Palmer, and Danielle (Carrie King) Palmer all of Rockford; granddaughter, Mariah Palmer; niece, Amanda (Jason) Dreher; great-nieces and nephews, Dillan, Kaylee and Kaydence Dreher. Preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Russell Palmer Jr., Robert Palmer and Rose Ellis. Grace Funeral & Cremation Services assisted the family.
