Carl Wayne York Jr., 74, of Rockford died on November 17, 2020. Born on August 25, 1946 in Arkansas, son of Carl and Willie (Chapple) York, Sr. Carl served his county in the United States Marine Corps. Formerly employed as a machinist. Carl had a huge, loving and caring heart. He was always willing to help people, even if it left him with nothing. His passing leaves a huge void in his family, he is loved and missed greatly by his entire family. Survived by his children, Tony (Ginny) York, Erin (Jack) Flight; grandchildren, Nicole (Aaron) Matelski, Heather (Jack) Nutting, Stephanie York, Joshua York, Megan York ; great-grandchildren, Ada, Dean, Noah, Milo, Jacob, Jackson, Anthony, Amourena and Erin; sister-in-law, Mary Jane York; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and a large circle of friends.
