Carl E. Feltz, 76, of Belvidere died on May 17, 2016 in OSF St. Anthony Hospital. Born on November 6, 1939 in DeKalb, son of Lloyd and Harriet (Norman) Feltz. Served in the United States Army in Germany. Formerly employed as a Boilermaker for Rockford Steam Boiler. Survived by his son, DuWayne (Sandra) Feltz, of Beloit; grandson, Dylan Feltz of Beloit; sisters, Sally (Dean) Clark of Rockford, Helen (John) Wilton of Hibbing, MN; companion Millie Micnhimer of Belvidere; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents; sister, Rogene Ellis, Kaygene Smock; brother, Harold Feltz, and former spouse, Janet M. Feltz.
