My Loving Ashley Markeisha Johnson. Given and taken away from us on the same date, 2/28 at the age of 35 in Rockford, IL. Born to Lashawnda Batson and Larue Johnson. Raised by "special parents" Amellia and Danielle Redig. A graduate of high school and a lover of life.

There wasn't anything that Ashley couldn't do! If she set her mind to it, it was done! She was so full of life. She lighted rooms with her smile and her laugh. It was contagious. Whatever you were going through, Ashley knew how to bring you out of it. She was always positive and that is the trait we are going to miss so much.

They say life is a mission that God gives you. And when you are born and pass on the same day, that symbolizes you have completed your mission. Ashley has done what she set out for. She came to love and bring joy into the world. And she did!

She leaves behind 4 children, Ni'Caya Frazier, Nicholas Frazier, Danyll Jackson, and Semaj Johnson; sibling Princess Sturdivant and Dequion Hancock along with numerous other siblings; Paternal Grandmother Priscilla Cross and Paternal Grandfather Larue M Cross and a host of family and friends.

Proceeded in death by her maternal grandmother Patricia Batson, maternal grandfather Damon Mckenzie, and her favorite great aunt Belinda Batson.
