Arlene L. Perkins, 90 passed away on Friday, February 25, 2011 at Alden Nelson Debes at 6:45 a.m. Arlene was born on May 27, 1920 in Balaton, Minnesota; daughter of Victor and Hulda (Brylander) Malmberg. Was married to Peter H. Perkins, who preceded her in death on February 7, 1995. Member of Zion Lutheran Church. Survivors include daughter, Shirley (Glenn) Parks, grandchildren, Lisa Gustin, Peter (Lori) Fuller, Lori Freeman, Tamra (Glenn) Craig, Charles "Mike" Gustin all of Rockford; great grandchildren, Bradley Holiman, BreAnna Holiman, Bryen Gustin, Tyler Freeman, Jenna Fuller, Jacob Johnson and Lee (Becca) Gillett; and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her two brothers and two sisters. Private family memorial service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family. Grace Funeral & Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.
