Agustin Moreno, 51, of Rockford died on June 22, 2017. Born on August 8, 1965 in Mexico, son of Salvador Moreno and Luz Castro. United in marriage to Maria Padilla on June 10, 1989. Agustin was a devoted husband, awesome father, caring grandfather and friend to many. He was someone that his circle of family and friends could count on for help. He is dearly missed by everyone. He was a member of St. Edwards Catholic Church. Agustin was employed as a landscaper, and was also skilled in all facets of construction, including carpentry and masonry. Survived by wife, Maria; children, Rocio (Jose Campos) Moreno, Daniel Moreno, Brisa Moreno; grandchildren, Adrian, Emiliano and Leilanie Campos; numerous sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, cousins; and his friends at Guanajuato Food Market in Rockford. Preceded in death by his father. Visitation Tuesday, June 27, 2017 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. At Grace Funeral & Cremation Services, 1340 S. Alpine Rd. Rockford - at Colonial Village. Funeral Mass Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Edwards Catholic Church, 3004 11th Street Rockford. Visitation at 9:00 a.m. until the time of service, at the church.
