• ZUMBA Classes!

  Monday, September 13, 2010 : 5:30 PM to Monday, November 15, 2010

  Zumba is a Latin inspired dance workout. Wear comfortable clothes, and come and join the fun! Classes meet every Monday night beginning Sept. 13th for 10 weeks. The cost is only $50 pre person for the whole series. Seating is limited - RSVP to Leslie at 636-795-8553

• Lifescape Senior Expo 2010

  Thursday, September 16, 2010 : 9:00 AM to Friday, September 17, 2010 : 3:00 PM

  Stop by booth #607 at the Senior Expo 2010. This wonderful event is sponsored by Lifescape Community Services, and will be held at the Sportscore II, Indoor Sports Center, 8800 E. Riverside Blvd. in Loves Park. The Senior Expo 2010 will be Thursday, September 16th and Friday September 17th from 9 am - 3 pm.

• AARP Driving Safety Class September 21st and 22nd 8:30am-12:30pm

  Tuesday, September 21, 2010 : 8:30 AM to Wednesday, September 22, 2010 : 12:30 PM

  The AARP Driver Safety Program is the nation's first and largest course for drivers age 50 and older. The program has helped millions of drivers protect their safety on today's roads. AARP has offered its classroom course since 1979. The class consists of two four hour sessions.
  
  * Tune up your driving skills and update your knowledge of the rules of the road
  * Learn defensive driving techniques
  * Discover ways to handle left turns, right-of-way, highway traffic and blind spots
  * Only $12 for AARP Members, and $14 for non-members
  * In some states, taking this course may qualify you for a multi-year insurance discount

  Holiday Memorial Service
  Our family and the staff of Grace Funeral & Cremation Services realize the Christmas season can be a difficult time of the year. The world around us is preparing for the holidays, and society encourages us to join in the “Christmas Spirit.” However this time of year can be the darkest days for those of us who are grieving the loss of someone we love. It is our hope that our families will find some comfort and strength in the sharing, remembering and gathering together to celebrate the life of their loved one.
  
  Our Ecumenical service will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at 10 am at Grace Funeral & Cremation Service. Everyone in the Stateline is welcome to attend our service, if we have had the honor of serving you in the past; we look forward to connecting with you. If your loved one's funeral service was held elsewhere, we invite you to attend this memorial service to connect with us.
  
  Please RSVP by calling 815-395-0559, or send an email to rsvp@graceFH.com by November 26, 2010 with the total number of people who will be attending. Light refreshments will be served immediately following the service.
  
  If you would like your loved one’s photo included in the memorial movie, please email it to us with the name, date of birth, and date of death of your loved one, as well as the number of people who will be attending the service. You can also drop off the photograph for us to scan.
  We will provide you with one holiday remembrance ornament for you to take home with you to display. Additional ornaments are available for purchase. Please call for a price.
